Hide Keywords and original gallery link

When I collect a photo or use smart galleries to show only the photos I want from a larger gallery that I don't want people looking at, it defeats the purpose if there is a link to the original gallery listed under the photo. I've password protected the original gallery, so it keeps people out, but that becomes an annoyance to the visitor if they click the link and then get asked for a password. It probably sends them right off my site. Showing the Original gallery link needs to be an option. I also think showing keywords needs to be an option because I think they just look tacky. I'm particularly using the Journal layout and want as clean a look as possible, but these options apply to other layouts as well.

    Doesn't the password protection get inherited by the smart gallery?

    I agree. I'm looking for the same thing.I want to hide the "from 'gallery'" link as well. Any traction people?

    While I wouldn't want these showing for my visitors, I would like them showing for me as a logged-in admin. Any future on/off options should take this into account.

    I think if the source gallery is set to Unlisted, it should already be hiding that "from X gallery" link for non-logged in users. Is that not happening for you?

    Yes it is, but it's not hiding it if the source is not unlisted, that's the scenario that I think should be included in any on/off control options.
