What is new? I don't see any difference

While I continue to wait, and wait, for support to get back to me, perhaps some of you can enlighten me. I am a Power user and, yes, have cleared cache and cookies (tried Chrome and Safari) but I honestly see nothing new or no new options on my site. Not even the new header bar (which I had to go to tutorials to figure out what I was supposed to be seeing).

What gives? Any threads about this you can point me to?

Nothing will change until you migrate. See this page as a starting point - http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/1212681-making-the-move-from-legacy-to-new-smugmug. There are also some webinars on smug's YouTube page at http://www.youtube.com/user/smugmug.

I believe right now you will need to wait a few more days, per this thread posted by Baldy - Pausing migrations.

That's what I don't understand. Does that mean I can't even "try" the new options (without migrating)? I've none of the new gallery options to preview, still have old header (no new looking menu items for admin even) and still get all the old CSS customizer stuff (which I haven't used, but it's still an option).

The help page I referenced in my previous response includes information on migrating. From that page:

there are now 3 possible states of SmugMug:

1. Non-migrated SmugMug accounts (legacy)
2. Accounts in private preview (migrated)
3. The new SmugMug

You can't see or try anything until you migrate. That will leave your public site in Legacy smugmug but allow you to work on your new site. The site won't be visible to the public until you click unveil.

When migration is enabled again you will need to log in to your site then go to www.smugmug.com/migration.

nevermind, I guess it does mean that. Now if the keywords I entered a few days ago would actually catch up and get added to the pics (appear when try to edit them, but not when viewing pics)...then I'd be a bit more happy.
