New Lightroom Plugin -- how do I get it to do ALL?

Because of the lack of API, I switched from JF's plugin to lightroom.

Because of the broken keyword support, as recommended by SM, I redid all my multi-word keywords to have extra keywords, which seems to work around the bugs.

So I wanted to fix all the data at Smugmug. I sync'd the whole lot, went through all the conflicts, it found most (not nearly all) of the images. So (thinks I), I just hit "publish now" and it will update and fix my keywords.

Not.

Here's what is happening...

Try #1: I just collapsed everything, selected everything, and did publish-now. It ran for a very few minutes, said it was done. It wasn't. Not sure how it decided what to do, but it did a fraction of a percent.

Try #2, I expand down to the gallery level (thinking it doesn't do folders), and selected all the galleries in a folder, and published. Same effect (but it did send a few new ones).

Try #3: One by one I clicked, then right clicked on each gallery, and did "Publish now". Started lots of threads, they ran longer. Now on those I did I go back and click on the gallery it will often show all published, and seconds later it starts counting up with unpublished. Even though I'm doing absolutely nothing else in between. In the second screen shot there's a before and after but I wasn't quick enough on the before -- it had already counted up to 5, but I caught it changing to 6.

Some galleries just sit and count through the entire gallery. It's as though it doesn't know it needs to republish until it sits there, selected alone as one gallery for a while.

How do I just tell it "do them all"? Or do I need to select each gallery, go away for a while and wait (sometimes its seconds, sometimes a few minutes), then publish? That's going to take all day!!

Am I missing a setting or a button somewhere?

Edit PS: I think I got resized a bit, the image doesn't show clearly the number, but it's 5/20 on the left, 6/19 on the right, which changed after it was completely sent (along with the others selected), then opened individually to make sure.
