Still having watermark issues

When I was told that the new "previews" in my galleries HAD to have watermarks (if they were marked in my gallery) I decided to switch to a new watermark that was less obnoxious. It just isn't working. Only one of my galleries had any change, and half of them has the SM Proof mark. I know this has been an issue, but has anyone found a way to resolve it. I can't remove them using the remove tool and I cant change them. Starting to get frustrated...
