Welp I was just testing my new camera out and rememebered we have this guy here. I think its a pretty cool opportunity that there is one of these where I work that I can access anytime I am working. So I took a few shots and couldn't manage to get the glass out of it. What is the best way to get the glass to not show? is it all about the angles? or is there some sort of filter that also helps for it?

I also took one of the more blurry photo's and gave it a bit of a different look.

    Nice, Octopi are cool creatures.

I'm no expert, but I think you'll always get reflections off the glass from any ambient light in the room. The solution would be to darken the room as much as possible. Of course, then what do you use as a light source?
