Adding content to my page sections.

I am new to Smugmug and I'd like some assistance with how to add drop downs under my Contact, Info, Investment items at the top of my page. I have tried the folders and perhaps I am doing it incorrectly. I also want to be able to add several galleries to my portfolio section. What is the easiest way to accomplish this. If you need to view my site to see what I mean let me know and I can provide that. Thank you

For adding galleries to your Portfolio section, simply use a content block and select the galleries you want to display. You can read more about it at
