Is there a way to show both the caption and the file name through gallery settings?

I can't answer for the original poster but I'd just like what was available in legacy.



I have a caption and with a little css, the filename showing below. Sometimes I need people to point me to a filename so I can find an original for them or whatever. It has come in handy a bunch of times.

Using the show filenames setting in new smug only works when there is no caption.

I also have page and photo navigation at the top and bottom... how convenient and idiot proof. Hint hint.

I've raised this in a separate thread but had no reply from SM. I really need to be able to see files names at a minimum (file names & captions would be better) when sorting photos in organizer. I could see them in Legacy SM but not new SM. I have many plant galleries like the one below showing about 30 cultivars of Hamamelis, it's impossible to sort this gallery manually without filename at the least. Can you please let me know if this is something that will be coming back soon or not.
