Did we lose the "replace photo" function in the new SM?

I can't seem to find a way to "replace" photos in the new SM. Is this feature gone, or just hiding somewhere? It's very convenient for keeping all of the titles, keywords, virtual copies etc. when uploading a new version of a photo . . . I sure hope this feature was not scrapped!

I couldn't find it yesterday when I wanted to replace 8 images. I went ahead and deleted them and re-uploaded them.

I doubt any of the heroes will see this (busy). I would contact the help desk.

yes, the replace photo is still there. My galleries are in landscape collage mode so I needed to go into Lightbox. Click the wrench icon, hover over Organize, click Replace.

Another way I replace photos, and do it bulk fashion, is to make sure they're named the same as the ones I want replaced. I then upload them in a batch, using that HTML-window-thingy. At first it rejects them, but I select "Replace Originals," and it does. It will also delete any Titles or whatever I added to the photos online, being replaced with whatever is in their exif.

The main purpose of the replace function is to replace an existing photo with a new version, without having to re-input titles, keywords, etc. This is especially important if you have virtual copies of a photo in multiple galleries, as it will translate the new photo to all copies. I'm guessing virtual copies would be deleted with your method as well . . .

I always add all that stuff to my exif on the file before uploading. It wasn't until today that I discovered it replaced titles created on the site. I was making a slideshow tutorial on how to use the share button, and didn't like the crop I had on the original screencaps. When I uploaded/replaced the images, POOF the tittles were gone.

Virtual copies would be replaced too I imagine.
