How to make slideshow show different size pictures at the same size

I am using the default slide show. I have cropped all the pictures in the slide show gallery to a 5x7 format. One of the pictures in my slide show is smaller than the others. Is there a way to get the slideshow to "stretch" the smaller photo to the same dimensions as the larger photos so that all of the pictures in my slide show appear to be the same size?

I don't think so. You could scale that actual image file out (in Photoshop) so that it is the same size as the others, and then add that scaled version to your gallery instead.
