Links in Gallery Description not Working?

I've been linking to my blog posts in the gallery description fields using this code.

<b><a href="THE LINK TO MY BLOG POST" title="To My Blog">my Blog Post</a></b>

It was working.

Today I added it to a new gallery of old photos. and it doesn't work.

Did SM disable the ability to embed links in the gallery description, or am I doing it wrong???

It looks like it stops working as soon as you wrap the "<a>" tag in another tag like <b> or <strong>. You can get a similar visual effect to <b> with:

<a href="THE LINK TO MY BLOG POST" title="To My Blog" style="font-weight:bold">my Blog Post</a>

I imagine this is the same bug that causes <a> tags to break their containing <p> tags. SmugMug really need to fix their HTML parsers.
