Same Photo with Different Formats

Hi,

According to the documentation I read, if I loaded a file with the same name and different formats it would bundle them together:

"We'll automagically bundle matching filenames together for easier browsing, so DSC074.JPG and DSC074.RAW will be represented by a single image in your gallery."

When I do this, I end up with duplicate pictures instead of one picture allowing multiple download types.

Please advise.

Hi Karl,

Are you using the SmugMug uploader? Also, can you please send me a link to the gallery you are referring too?
