Profile details default expanded way

Hi All

Wonder anybody can help how to get profile details from default collapsible to expanded way . Currently you need to click on right hand side drop down to get profile details scroller and I want this to be default expanded manner so that my viewer knows some details are Inside . Any idea how to do it and possibly with some CSS tweak ?
