There is greyish background, why?

I am not using the header box on my site since I am using one image on the left and another on the right. But there is a grayish hue behind the whole header section.
Any ideas on why? I am using transparent png files on the left and right and an empty DIV in the middle for spacing.

you picked a color in your theme section ?
in background tab choose the colors you want

As basfit said, just change the settings in the theme section. If you want it completely transparent, just turn Alpha up to full!

I didn't think the header color would effect the area if I deleted the header box and made my own html boxes...
