Deleted photographs in 'Search by Date'

If I do a search by date, deleted photographs still show up as red 'x's. They don't show up anywhere else. It would be good if that was fixed at some point.

    At a guess, it is due to the slow indexing issue - your photos haven't been deleted from the "by date" index yet, but when the site looks for the actual image, it finds that it is missing.

    It'll probably clear up naturally in a few days. And I hope that, once the current peak in demand is over, then the indexing will return to its normal speedy behaviour. (Right now, there are many many more people that usual tweaking their sites, adding new keywords, etc, so its surprise that their servers find it difficult to cope with the background tasks.)

    Well my indexing and Recent Photos have long since caught up but there is a deleted image from about ten days ago which is why I thought it a bit odd. I'll keep an eye on it and see if it goes away.
