All Photos Gone

Gulp.

Visited my site (fmalloy.smugmug.com) and...every single photo, gallery, folder are gone. Just gone. The only thing I see is a slideshow on my home page. I tried visiting folders and galleries thru direct links; the pages are blank (no photos).

Status says everything is up.

I updated my site to the new version yesterday with no issues.

I was just working on photos this morning and everything was fine.

Trying to breathe...

I'm seeing lots of galleries and photos on your site right now (just a few minutes after you posted) so either all viewers are not affected by it or the issue was temporary and it's over now.

Thanks jfriend, but I just refreshed and still no folders or galleries.

Let me try completely restarting the browser. I'll try another browser too.

Very strange.

I just restarted Chrome, which I have been using with no issues, and it still won't display galleries or folder data. Organize gives me a blank screen.

I ran IE and it all appears to be ok (althoughI got a Stack Overflow viewing a gallery).

Looks like a reboot is in order (Win7)

I see everything too. Lots of galleries with lots of pictures. Using both my iPad with Safari and my desktop running W7 64bit and Firefox.

You may want to clear the browser cache in chrome. Occasionally, a bad or corrupted JS file can get into the cache and, if it's a core file that SM relies on, it could affect a wide part of your site.

I think I found the problem.

I found that this plug-in (Better Pop Up Blocker) was blocking pop-ups on all sites, including SmugMug. If I enabled pop-ups for SmugMug.com, everything appears. I re-disable it, and I don't see any folders, galleries, or photos.

Very strange, considering that a) I have had this plug-in installed for eons, b) I haven't messed with its settings, and c) it was all working fine this morning, just showing this behavior this afternoon, and I haven't touched a thing on Chrome, and c) how does showing photos in the same tab constitute a pop-up?

It's obviously blocking or interfering with more than just popups. Perhaps there is a new compatibility issue (unintended) between the two.
