I have added some custom HTML and CSS to my 'Portfolio' page. They look nice in the up to date browsers but I can't see the text boxes in I.E. 8/7/6.

I understand that the css transitions that I am using will not work with these older browsers. But what I would like is to be able to at least see the text box that should appear on mouse over. In I.E. 9 the transitions still don't work but I can see the text box. That is my goal for the other browser versions.

So if anyone can help with some wizard CSS code that enable me to do this I'd much appreciate it. Thanks in advance for any help.

Coding to older IE versions is a painful, time consuming process. I wish you luck.

Stick to very basic standard html and css and you should be in good shape if you want older IE versions to work.

I am having a similar problem with some CSS code that modifies the content that displays when the BUY button is selected. Works great on everything but IE (9,10, & 11), so it's not just an old version issue, it is a current generation issue.

I contacted SM Support, but they just told me to look in the forums. "TheNickDude" tried to help (he posted the original code I'm using), but he couldn't find an answer.

My site is www.ardreykellsportsphoto.com and the galleries being affected are in the student events/graduation 2014 diplomas.

Could really use some help with this, customers see a blank box open if they are using IE, but other browsers work fine.

Could you give a more specific URL for a problem gallery, and post a screenshot of what you see that is a problem?
