Color shadow problems

Does anyone know how to eliminate shadows that come out slightly magenta rather than a true shadow (greyish)? My over all background comes out high key white which is great but I'm trying to have some depth to my shots. Is it my AWB setting? I'm shooting with strobes with a white background and still I have these magenta shadows that come out after I look at it in photoshop. Or is it that it is part of the whole process where i still have to go in POST and adjust accordingly. If someone can help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Welcome to Dgrin. clap.gif I'm sure there are many people here who can offer suggestions, but it would help if you post an example or two.

    Cheers,
