Image Pop when Hovering Thumbnails or Small Photos

Allow image pop when hovering a thumb on any page... in a allery, a folder, in organize, or anywhere it makes sense. And please--- Bring its caption & title (and / or filename if that's displayed) into the pop wherever it makes sense. I've seen how much this "feature" separates the sheep from the goats these days.... sites that have this feature seem much more 21st Century.

+1 - Currently using css to do this and it does not work that swell.

Feedback is no longer a viable voting place. You can only use a finite number of votes between different threads. Then, you have to wait for a voted on issue to be resolved (does not mean fixed) before you can regain votes for something new. There are far too many issues due to the new rollout for this limited number of votes to be of any REAL good. Please remove the voting restrictions for a better view of the major issues that need to be fixed.
