Video do not play - Smugmug Bug

None of my video's play in smugmug. You get the four shaded boxes. All was fine a few weeks ago. I think the problem is the new site corrupting the playback features. The thumbnails are fine and the video's present as they did when they where all working fine. Can anyone offer any help on the problem - smugmug email support do not seem to respond to support questions, busy I guess but I am thinking my problem is a simple one to fix.
