Hi!

I have a two galleries on my site that, when viewed as a visitor, are showing as empty, but when logged in, I can see the pictures.

I checked some of the pictures to see if they were hidden, but they are not.

Anyone have any ideas?

The Galleries in question are:

Thanks,

Zev Steinhardt

In your gallery settings do you have "Hide Owner" set to "ON"??? (In the Security & Privacy section)
I think you need it set to "OFF" ????
My opinion does not necessarily make it true. What you do with my opinion is entirely up to you.

Thanks AceCo55! I checked both galleries and Hide Owner is set to OFF on both galleries.

    Hi Zev,

The reason your visitors cannot see any photos is because the original galleries are private.

SmugMug respects the privacy of the original galleries, so you'll need to either change the original galleries' settings, or approach what you're trying to do a different way.

    Hope this helps!

Thanks Moiraine. I'll try it out and see if that works.
