Can't choose any premade template

I migrated my site bboyneko.smugmug.com but have no option under "customize" to choose a new site design, no sierra, no nothing. All I see is basic themes like smugmug light. I tried clicking customize under homepage and under galleries. It won't work. All it shows under customize is "just this page" and "sitewide"

When I click 'try it now' on smugmug homepage it just redirects me to my homepage. Why can't I select any of the premade themes? :dunno

    Chrome Version 28.0.1500.95
    Firefox 23.01
    Windows Vista Ultimate

I also tried it on a MacBook pro running Chrome and Safari and Firefox, same problem. No ability to choose any site designs.

OK figured it out. Turns out basic accounts do not have access to these designs. The site doesn't really make that clear.

You guys should allow preview of designs, even if you have basic accounts. That way paid basic users can see if they want to pay the extra money to upgrade. I really am not sure I want to upgrade until I can see how my site would look using one of your themes.

Ah, sorry about that. My personal recommendation is that having access to the full range of designs and customization tools on all pages of your site is well worth the extra $20 a year. You can build a very powerful website for just $60 a year.
