how to see if the photos have been viewed

In the old smug mug we could see if anyone had viewed the gallery. Is there a way to do that in the new smug?

May I suggest Google Analytics, its free and pretty neat. You can then see each url a guest has been to. You can even see traffic in real time.

You can get started here: http://www.google.com/analytics/ . Then just add your Web Property ID to your SmugMug Account Settings Stats Page.

Go to your account button (when you are logged in) - it will be your account name in the top right-hand corner.
Select "Account Settings" from the drop down list.
Choose "Stats" icon from the vertical list on the left of the screen
Go to the top choice ("Photo Views") and click on the "Details" button on the right
The screen that comes up now will be familiar to you - its the same as it was in legacy sites.

Ummmm...seems like the Hero should have also added that suggestion since the capability is still there. THEN he could have mentioned Google Analytics. And then what was not mentioned is the new StatCounter support which is also free. IMHO. perhaps the Stat Counter had not yet been implemented when the question was asked. But you know SM knew it was going to be implemented. Seems like SM does not even have a method to keep the Hero's informed of up-coming "Going to be implemented" stuff. That's kinda maddening.
