Help! Accidentally deleted folder

I had an employee accidentally delete a folder called "buildings" from our university Smugmug site using the organizer. It literally contained thousands of images organized in several sub-folders from the last several years. Is there any hope of recovering the images?

I have sent a message and am waiting to hear back. Hopefully they will be able to retrieve the images!
