Smaller homepage slideshow minimum height

Could you please allow a smaller homepage slideshow minimum height.
Now the minimum height is 250 pixels.

If we had a minimum homepage slideshow height size of 20, for example,
it would be easy to prepare several pictures of text that with a separate slideshow would appear to flash and change colors marquee style.

In most cases 250 pixels is too tall for text.

This seems so easy to implement and would put some real bling in a website.
Why limit the minimum height of a slide show. Imagine text blinking or gradually changing colors.
The things you could do are only as limited as your imagination.
