Default Body Text Size

Is there a way to set the "default" size for the text box? I know mine defaults at 14 right now. I would like it to default at 16, so I don't have to go in and change that size every time I add a text block. I can't seem to figure out how to do that.

"Edit Theme" allows me to chance the typeface, but not the size. Is that something I can write into custom CSS in the theme? What variables would I use, if so.

It still shows as 14px in my text editor block, but it does display as 16px now, without me having to do anything, on my actual site, where it counts.

Oh, one thing is it makes my breadcrumbs 16px now, too. Is there a way to make those smaller, without affecting the rest of the page text?
