Keywords and Recent Galleries EMPTY

I have a Pro account and have unveiled. I have a site-wide password for visitors.

Recent Galleries and Keywords work only occasionally while the site-wide password is in effect. Usually there are no keywords nor any recent photos displayed.

If I remove the site-wide password protection, then keywords and recent photos work intermittently but not consistently.

If I re-apply site-wide password protection then keywords and recent photos again fail to display.

I am experiencing the same. I also have a site wide password. It is working for me as admin, but not my visitors.
