Anyone else having Organizer Site refresh problems

Starting last night I have noticed that when uploading pictures to a gallery that when I refresh the page while on a given gallery it no longer refreshes the page. Rather it just collapses all of the galleries. You then have to drill back down into the galleries to see if the refresh worked. Has anyone else seen this problem?
