How to remove collected images from a gallery?

    Thanks. I know, RTFM. ;) But not working.

    On an older Gallery the Bin icon is not active.

    On a newer gallery, I can use the Bin Icon to remove a collected image.

    But on both "remove" is not where it should be.

    ps
    The older gallery was created two weeks ago. Maybe an update brought in the different behavior, Bin related. Anyway, but "remove" should be there or Bin should work on both.

    I wouldn't have suggested you read the help if you had explained your problem in your initial post.

    Is that a collected photo as opposed to one in the gallery? I can't tell from your screen shot.

    Open the photo in lightbox (using the organizer, just double-click the photo), select the tools-icon and select "remove". On "real" photos (not collected photos) you will find "Delete" here.

    It has already been suggested that "Remove" should be available from the organizer menu.

    No problem, thanks anyway.
    My bad, in two ways. Macro is a smart gallery, that's why there "Delete" is not active.

    And (as Phaserbeam noticed) I was in the organizer view and hit the wrong wrench ;) Might be obvious to some, that the wrench beneath an image in lightbox was meant, but it wasn't for me (because I was about to remove multiple images), when reading the help the first time.

    There could be more tooltips. In organizer, does "Delete" for collected images mean remove from gallery or deleting the image?

    It just removes it from the Smart gallery. The original image is not deleted.
