Multiple Featured Photos

I did a search and didn't see this previously requested. Just curious whether it would be difficult to implement a feature allowing us to select up to 3 to 5 featured photos for folders and galleries. Each time a visitor refreshed the page, the grid would cycle through thumbnails.
