Video Playing Problem

We have a video playing problem from the site. All we got is a white screen without the video. We used Chrome to play the video. This had never happened before with the oldsmug.

Oh, my client can play it now.

Hmm.... It's very strange sometimes the video can play but sometimes can't. It just goes white without playing. Here is my site.

I've checked a bunch of videos in different galleries and none of them load.
Checked both NewSmug and Legacy.

None of my vids play anymore in smugmug legacy. Using IE10 and all updated. Chrome plays the vids just fine. Smugmug is the only site with this issue. Didn't have this problem before they rolled out the new stuff.
