iPad... Flash Required Message?

Maybe I'm doing something wrong or misunderstand the functionality, but here's the scenario...

1. I got into a gallery (new site)
2. Click on a image, any image, to open it in Lightbox mode (or whatever its called).
3. Click the Share Button under the image, then "Get a Link" from the pop-up menu.
4. On the "Get a Link" page I click the "Gallery" tab, then the "Copy" button next to the "Slideshow" option.
5. Paste that link and send to someone with an iPad (v3).
6. They click the link and it opens in their browser but they are presented with the "...You need to install flash..." message.

Huh?!?! I thought the new site was "responsive". Am I doing this correctly?

If I send this person a link to just the gallery it works fine, it's only when I send a slideshow link that they see this message.

OK, I sort of see why; The Slideshow link created on the "Get a Link" page is the old flavor of slideshow. This is apparent from the "swpopup.mg" in the link (URL).

This then begs the question... under the NEW responsive design(s), shouldn't these links be to mobile (iPad) compatible slideshows?

EDIT: I should add that if I send a user a plain gallery link and they then launch a slideshow themselves, it works fine on the iPad. This may be a short-term workaround, but I would think that the slideshow links provided should be to the NEW flavor of sideshow.
