Keyword list on search page

Is it possible to have a full list of keywords come up on my search page under the search box? If so can the keywords be random sizes?

I have found the keyword content box and added it to the search page.
However I would prefer to have the keywords further up the page under the search box but that area is "reserved for default smugmug content"
1)Is there a way to move the keywords up
2) Can the keywords be formatted to random sizes and
3) Can I have the keyword highlight red on hover.
