Please Help ME! SMUGMUG account settings not working

I'm in a panic. My SMUGMUG PRO Account came up for renewal on August 27, 2013. I tried repeatedly (at least 100 times) to enter my new debit card number to pay my subscription and the system just will not accept this new number-for whatever reason. The old card was stolen, so I had to get a new debit card with new numbers. Every time I try entering the new card numbers in my account settings, the system gives me a message that says "Try again." I have an exhibit coming up on Sept. 6, 2013 and I've promoted my Website widely. There is no one to call. The "Heroes" just say to keep trying. What? If it isn't working for first 100 times, why would it work the next 100 times? Please, can someone help me. What do I do? Isn't there anyone that can help me?

    Sorry you are having trouble entering your card :(. Got a link to your site handy so I can take a look?

    Are you entering the number with NO spaces or dashes?

    Does your card allow for online transactions and out of state transactions? Some banks put restrictions on those.

    Does your card require the 3 digit PIN number on the back? We currently don't have a way to accept those numbers.


    If all else fails, try buying one of those prepaid credit cards at your drug store or gas station and use that instead of your regular card.
