Videos not loading

Four of seven videos will not load in this gallery, NewSmug or legacy. They all worked the other day.

    Allen, I've been dealing with the video problem for about 10 days now. The last note I received from the heroes yesterday said

    "I'm so sorry but we don't have an update for the video problem. They still don't know the cause but are working very hard to resolve this as it's affecting everyone at all levels. Again, our sincerest apologies."

    I have the video galleries set as private for now since most of them don't work but I have noticed that someone from a Los Angeles ip address and someone from one of Amazon's ip addresses has looked at the same videos that I reported quite a few times in the last week. I guess they are attempting to fix the problem.

    Hmmm, all the videos on that Legacy page loaded for me. But yes, we are fixing some issues that may cause this to happen, but on my end, your videos are working for me. Can you verify this is still the case Allen?

    Looks like all are now working on both old and new sites now. Found one bad lightbox link and fixed it.

    Well, my videos do not load at all. I just uploaded one and it refuses to play.

    I am not sure whether to upload more. Takes some time and I am new to SM and do not want to upload and then have to do so all over if the glitch is persistent and related to file fidelity.

    I can't get mine to upload to Smugmug or from Lightroom. I had no problem uploading directly to Facebook, YouTube , or Vimeo .

    Morning,

    I also see that some of my videos will not show (in new SmugMug). In a folder I have four and two are ok.
    What I do see is that the two that do not load is said to have 0 length which is not correct. They have worked ok some weeks ago
