When I create a new gallery to upload my wedding photos for our clients to access using a password which is entered as a nicename in the gallery settings it now does not work, my other galleries I created prior to 2013 all seem to work and the only difference is the URL string, for example all previous galleries have the URL string as;
www.dcgphotography.co.uk/clients/blackburnnn11/xxxxxxx the section which is blackburnnn11 is the password we provide to our wedding client to access their online album, although I have created a new one just recently and uploaded the images today the URL string is different, e.g.
www.dcgphotography.co.uk/gallery/Adam-and-Emma/xxxxxxxxx and I am unable ot change this.
Has anyone else had this same problem and if not can anyone from SmugMug offer a solution to correct this as I have a desperate bride wanting to view her wedding photos.
