Assistant can't view unlisted hidden owner galleries

If you have a gallery set to both unlisted and hide owner then someone logged in as assistant will see nothing other than the title when they go to that gallery. If you are logged out then you see everything and logged in as the primary user you see everything but when logged in as assistant it all disappears.

I'll check my css but I don't think there is anything there that can cause that

edit:just checked and I'm not sure there there is any content put up on that page to hide
