Finally getting some Honeys in my garden :)

My Sedums have flowered and with that, comes my annual visit of Honey Bees. Despite the fact they make photographing them quite difficult as they're so busy with their heads buried or facing the wrong way, I managed to get a few shots I'm rather pleased with.
All at F11, 1/250th, ISO 250 and flash at +1ev - Canon 100mm F2.8L

Also, a Syritta Pipiens Hoverfly and a Common Housefly (musca domestica) feasting on dead slug

Hehe, indeed Paul, they're quite interesting close up. Imagine those kind of hairstyles catching on in the footballers? They're crazy enough as it is at times hehe.
