Smugmug style - move Slideshow & Cart

Allow the option of moving the slideshow and cart buttons up to the breadcrumb line. Where they are
now steals about 20% of the gallery description and some descriptions look like trash not spanning the
whole page.

Plus where they are now looks so obnoxious sticking out like sore thumbs.
Breadcrumb div, float left, button div float right. This area is unused space on the page.
