Anonymous comments?

Sorry if this has been addressed already, but is there going to be a way for visitors to leave comments without logging into a smugmug account? Right now, visitors who don't have a smugmug account can't leave comments.

This is one of the cases where I fail to understand why Smugmug doesn't give an official response and put this to bed.

This isn't a new feature that people need, it's not complex or at odds with other features. It's just a "we think it is a bad idea and are not doing it" or "we realize we should have put it back and will as soon as we can work it into the schedule".

Not asking for an ETA (which would be nice also), but why go through this nonsense - they know how it worked, they know how often it was used (they have the data not just this feedback). Why play games with these polls that seem to do nothing but waste time anyway (look out there at some of the time frames of the requests).
