"Shorten This Link" in new SM?

I have had a huge problem with broken links since changing to new SM, since any minor reorganization results in a change of URL - leading the user to the dreaded Page Not Found.
I just realized that the old smu.gs shortlinks DO resolve to the new locations. But since migrating, I haven't been able to find how to make a smu.gs link.
In Legacy, it was front and center when going into "Share", whether logged in or not.
Is it still there, and if so, how can I find it?
