Consolidate Set Prices into Gallery Settings

In the new design, the Set Prices option should be consolidated into the Gallery Settings pane, so that
a.) All gallery related options are in once place;
b.) Pricelists can be applied across multiple galleries;
c.) Saved as a part of quick settings, and
d.) Be settable via Lightroom
It's cumbersome to set prices at the moment, having to drop out of the organize view and go to the gallery view instead, for each gallery that I want to apply a price list to.
