Here is a great effect for making something looked cracked such as a person's face.

1) Take a headshot of someone and open it up in Photoshop (or whatever similar software you have).
2) Take the image at this link: »www.mayang.com/textures/perl/ful···0320.JPG
and place it over the headshot as a layer.
3) Change the blending mode for the layer to color burn or multiply and another blending mode for the effect that looks best to you.
4) Either use a layer mask (best choice) or erase the parts of the cracked layer that you don't want in the image.
5) You can experiment with adjusting the saturation and a host of other things to make the cracked layer look the way you want it too.

**note** I normally erase the cracked portion over the eyes but in this case it added to the effect.

Normally? What? How many people have you done this to - and LiquidOps thought horses' teeth were a shock! This is great, can't wait to get a shot of the guy who won't let us say Merry Christmas to try it with, love it.
