7 hours and 1/2 processed !

I have been a loyal customer for several years. After 7 hours, approx 50% of my uploaded photos have been processed and are visible on 2 galleries that I uploaded at 3pm EST ! I have been answering customer emails all night. I am beyond upset ! I have seen the status messages...but after this length of time I am out of excuses !

    I guess it's first in last out, photos I uploaded over 12 hours ago are still processing...

    stop misleading your customers ....what do u mean soon ???? minutes ? hours ? days ? weeks ?

    i uploaded pictures 10h ago and they are still not showing , and the message from smugmug still say : upload might take a few minutes !!!!!!

    I have had a 64 photo gallery loading since 3pm EST, it's now 1045pm and 47 are processed. The 111 photo gallery I uploaded at 2pm still has 9 to process. I have been telling customers what Smug Status has been telling me, and that is not accurate. I hope that when I wake up in the morning this is resolved. I have a shoot at 930 am and I need good, reliable info to give tomorrow's customer.

    This problem has been fixed as of last night, and uploads from yesterday should be showing normally. New uploads are processing normally as well. Again, our apologies for the trouble!
