Site Opens but seems frozen - Help?

HI - I was working on my site in the new Smugmug - and it simply stopped working. It loads - with the slideshow working, as intended. But it will not accept any changes, the menu does not function, in fact nothing works at all. It is just locked into that one point. I rebooted, logged in/out - nothing helps. It is in a loop of some sort.

This is such a disappointment - I had some great help from the forum as to how to make the slideshow larger - and I LOVE the new Smugmug - and I thought I was going to be able to open the site to the public today !

I don't blame Smugmug - I made some kind of mistake and obviously got it into a loop of some sort. I had lost my logo and header in trying to maximize the slideshow, and was trying to fix that when it happened. I reported it to the support Heros, got the customary acknowledgement, and am waiting.

Has anybody else had this happen ?
Does anybody have any suggestions?
Does anybody know if this is a "bug" that should be reported as such, or what ?

Any comments, information, or suggestions would be welcome while I wait for help. .
