Inspired by the frequent awesome shots i see in this Topic, i decided to try and get some shots at Butterlies and Bees back at home garden.
Altough i don't have a macro lens, i tried to get something out of the D7100 extra crop mode.
The results aren't spectacular but at least this is making me wanting to get a true macro lens. And i get it now, this macro thing really is addicting.
Thanks for watching,

Only #6 & #9 are bees,
#4,7 & 8 are drone fly hoverflies (bee mimics) and #6 is a fly I think :

#6 was obvious but i had no idea about the hoverflies.

Im addicted to macro. Already bought an sb600(and 2 coke cans Brian) and looking for a good macro lens.
Do you guys recommend that i go for a macro lens first or start with extension tubes?
