Would love for SmugMug to bring back the many Example sites produced by the USERS for New SM. Yes, there are the example Themes to look at. Seems like internal folks' sites.
Something that IS nice is that if logged in, the examples use our data to show what the themes look like with our data.
But, I really liked to see what general users were doing. It showed sites with huge customizations that I would then go and figure out how to do. I KNOW others used them for the same purpose. It used to be a BIG push by SM to show that you could REALLY customize your site to YOUR fantasy.
What y'all are showing now generally just shows the basic themes without customization - generally, I said. I think y'all are missing a GREAT WAY to show users just what they can really do! IMHO. Plus, it helped showcase general users sites which was fantastic for the users selected. And I think some folks almost competed to see if their own site would make the Examples list. This was a GOOD thing!
Happy Labor Day to anyone viewing this today!:clap

This was done with the old smugmug? Or is the link a mistake?
Have to say it is the New SM because the slideshows have the previous image overlaying the current issue flicker problem using Mac/Chrome and possibly Safari. It is a fantastic looking site and not looking like any standard SM site. Well done!
