Multiple-photo collage on Home Page keeps adding blank spot

Hi gang,

I have redesigned my site with one of SM's new templates (love it!) but am frustrated with the multiple-photo collage on my Home page.

Currently, I have 7 photos selected, and with the Collage Landscape option, they fill two lines perfectly and are sized and shaped exactly how I want them. However, when I save and publish, an extra space in the collage appears in the lower right-hand spot, my other photos are shifted over and resized, and my collage looks incomplete.

This only happens in Firefox, by the way. On Chrome and IE, my collage appears the way I want it. Unfortunately, I work in Firefox...

BTW, if I add an eighth photo to fill that empty spot, SM creates a third line of photos with more blank spots at the end. It's endless! :o)

Is there a way to freeze my collage the way I want it, to keep SM from smooshing over my selected photos to create a blank spot? I'd like it to look one way, no matter which browser a visitor is using.

Thanks!

Collage Landscape loads differently each time, it's not a "fixed" thing. FWIW, I just looked at your homepage (in FF) and on first load it showed 2 full rows (4 above 3). A reload showed 2 full rows, this time 3 above 4. Another reload showed 5 above and 2 below with a space on the RHS as you describe.

If you want a fixed layout, you need something other than Collage Landscape.
    Yippee ki-yay, footer-muckers!

Well, that's an annoying feature. Sigh... rolleyes1.gif

But thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I really appreciate your help.

If you place your images in a gallery you will have full control. That is what I use my 'Favorites' gallery for. You can see how it works on my website here:
