Side border missing on folders

I have a red border around my folders. However where the folders extend across a page on stretchy layout the right side border is missing from that last right side folder.
I have tried playing around with margins etc but that hasn't worked. If I change the layout to "fixed" the borders are ok but I want the stretchy look.
Any code to fix this?
