No Original Photo Sizes

I have tried uploading photos to my smugmug account and everytime I do I don't have the option to view the original file size. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried using the smugmug uploaded as well as the lightroom addin and both results in the same thing, no original option when in smugmug.

    Check your Gallery Settings under Security and Privacy, Maximum Display Size and make sure it's set to Original.
    If not you will not be able to see the original size when logged out.

    Also read this link for problems with the Gallery Slide Show not using the Original Size.
