Need help ASAP! More control over where file names appear

It appears that if I have 'display file names' turned on, it will show them on the gallery layout page, as well as in lightbox and on ordering page. If I turn it off, it turns it off everywhere. : ( I want file names to appear in lightbox and ordering page but NOT on front page of gallery. Having the file name appear at the bottom of every image totally destroys the appearance of the gallery, and if I turn it off, my clients can't reference a file name in lightbox or ordering page if they have a question about a particular image. Anyone have any code to fix this? SMug Heroes? Please help. Want to make announcement of my page today and this is the last thing I need to address.

Also, a filmstrip at the bottom of lightbox would be a welcomed option and I'm surprised it isn't already one. My main website (fadeoutfoto.com) is run by Slide Show Director Pro and the large images are always accompanied by filmstrip at the bottom. Please add Smug Heroes!!!!
